*Important Notice (01/07/21): The Last 14 Days (Tested Diagnostic) number represents the number of individuals whose COVID-19 diagnostic test (PCR or antigen) was reported to ADPH in the last 14 days. If an individual has been tested multiple times in the last 14 days, they will only be counted once.

Today we fixed an error in our coding which caused the Last 14 Days (Tested Diagnostic) number to increase. Previously, the indicator failed to include individuals who had been tested in the last 14 days, but had also been tested more than 14 days ago. It now shows the total number of individuals with reported diagnostic tests in the last 14 days, regardless of any prior testing.

Case counts and deaths reported this week may represent a delay in reporting to the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) due to the holiday weekends.
