Sylvia Ann Ashley, 45, of Cullman entered into rest Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020 at UAB Hospital.
Sylvia was born Oct. 22, 1975 in Decatur, AL. She was a loving, caring, and giving person who loved being a mother and loved to cook.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. The funeral service will be Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church. She will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Brother Chuck David and Brother Rickey Scott will officiate. Burial will follow in Northside Baptist Church Cemetery.
Sylvia is survived by her husband David Ashley; son Aaron Jacob “A.J.” Ashley; mother Shirley Suggs; brother Ed Suggs; special friends Michelle Moreno and Maria Pearson; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father James Suggs and grandparents Birchie Reid, Andrew Suggs, James Suggs, and Jewell Suggs.
