CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman County surpassed 2,000 positive cases of COVID-19 Saturday according to the Alabama Department of Public Health, with 2,004 cases confirmed across the county since the beginning of the pandemic. Of those, 413, or 20.6%, were confirmed in just the last 14 days. (These numbers reflect confirmed, not probable, cases.)
The ADPH has added a backlog of test results (see note at the end of this report) the last two days, which has impacted the number of probable cases, most from rapid or antibody tests.
