Goldie Alvis Gardner, of Cullman passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020 at the age of 88. She was born April 15, 1932 in Etheridge, TN to Clarence William and Alice Yarbrough Alvis.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Jimmy C. Gardner, Sr.; son Jimmy C. Gardner, Jr. and brother Max Alvis.
Survivors include her daughter Selah M. (Jerry) Shoaf; grandchildren Zachary (Crystal) Wright, Kristen (Cody) Cryer, Katie (Drew) Welch and Sarah Wright; great-grandchildren Zane Wright, Paisley Wright, Kinlee Cryer and Tori Cryer; and sister Gwendel Kelley.
Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 at Moss Service Funeral Home from 10-11 a.m. Her graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. at Cullman City Cemetery.
