HOLLY POND, Ala. – The Holly Pond Broncos’ season opener against Brindlee Mountain scheduled for Aug. 21 at Holly Pond High School has been canceled. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, several Brindlee Mountain players are unable to participate and the Lions have opted to cancel their matchup with the Broncos.
Holly Pond Head Coach Chris Moss says the Broncos will look for another opponent to fill that spot if possible next week.
