Funeral services for Travis Buckelew, 74, of Vinemont will be at 4 p.m., Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Steve Rodgers and Rev. Dewayne Harbison officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Buckelew passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at UAB Hospital. He was born Dec. 30, 1945 to Aaron and Rosie Lee Hopper Buckelew. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church and was a former truck driver. Travis loved to do carpenter work and loved to fish.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Hoyt, Marvin and Hobert Buckelew; sisters Audrey King, Yvonne Veal, Myrl Bonner; and son Wade Roberts.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Sue Ball Buckelew; daughters Michelle Schlichting, Jessica (Matt) Smith, and Shannon (Anthony) Ahlijah; sisters Beverly Buckelew, Eunice (Larry) Lefan, and Judy Hastings; grandchildren Kyle Roberts, Brianna Rainwater, Preston Moody, Matthew, Jacob and Adam Smith, Ali Smith, Devon Galligan, Kelby Walker, and Olivia Roberts; family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Cullman Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m.
