Thomas Charles “Tom” Powrzanas, 81, of Jasper entered into rest Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Tom was born Sept. 18, 1938 in Ensley, Alabama. He proudly served his country for four years in the United States Navy. He worked in health care for many years as a maintenance supervisor for nursing homes.
No services are planned at this time.
Tom is survived by his son Tony Powrzanas; daughter Brenda Boyd; grandchildren Janice Johnson, Derek Boyd, Katie Powrzanas, Megan Corsaut and David “Kerr” Corsaut; brother Milta Powrzanas; and sisters Marie Broughton and Sandra Long.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Lovie Powrzanas; son David Lee Corsaut; brothers John and James Powrzanas; and sisters Helen Allen and Irene Brown.
