SIMCOE, Ala. – One person is dead following a multi-vehicle wreck along Alabama Highway 69 in Simcoe Monday morning. Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick confirmed the fatality.
Kilpatrick identified the victim as Melanie Allinder Parker, 51, of Cullman. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash happened near County Road 1504 by Simcoe Wood Products at approximately 9:12 a.m.
Cullman EMS, the Gold Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, the Fairview Volunteer Fire Department and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
