CULLMAN, Ala. – As a show of its continuing support of law enforcement, Pepsi Cola recently donated a case of Aquafina Water and a case of Gatorade to law enforcement officers and firefighters in Cullman County. The cases of drinks were delivered to the Cullman Police Department, Cullman Fire Rescue, the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office and the Hanceville Police Department.

Sheriff Matt Gentry said of the donation, “We have been extremely blessed at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office. We have had so many companies, citizens and families stop by and support the sheriff’s office through cards, food and just great fellowship. Terry Shabel and Pepsi are one of those companies that have not only supported us through these tough times, but have supported us for years at the sheriff’s office. They are a major sponsor for our special needs rodeo and help with many of our events. We can’t thank Pepsi and their employees enough for their support through these times and all the years before.”

In total, Pepsi donated a case of water and Gatorade each to 148 officers at the CCSO, 15 officers at the HPD, 75 officers at the CPD and 50 Cullman firefighters.

General Manager of Pepsi Cola Decatur, LLC., Terry Shabel, said, “We just wanted to thank them for their service and show our appreciation for all they do. They are supported and they are appreciated.”
