Funeral services for George Ellen Campbell, 84, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Friday, June 19, 2020 at White Oak Baptist Church with interment in the adjoining cemetery. Revs. Adam Edmondson and Randall Edmondson will be officiating.
The body will lie in state at the church from 1-2 p.m. at the church.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Campbell passed away Monday, June 15, 2020. She was born May 18, 1936 to George Amos and Verla Ariela Florence Garmon. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband George Campbell; daughter Kathy Jo Campbell; grandson Jeremy Young; and brothers Jewel Lee Garmon and Glenn Garmon.
Survivors include her son James Ellis Campbell; daughters Karen (David) Smith, Connie (Lee) Smith, and Mary (Kalen) Tilley; brother Marion Garmon; grandchildren Jason (Dana) Young, Jessica Young (Marlon), Ashley (Gabe) Pearce, Joshua Campbell, Amber (Scott) Tucker, Wesley (Malorie) Campbell, Alison (Steven) Kampis, Brandy Campbell, Andrea (Derak) Davis, Kaleb (Katherine) Tilley, Ethan (Haley) Tilley, and Zackery Tilley; great-grandchildren Jasmyne Ritchie, Natalie Pearce, Kylie Ritchie, Devyn Ellis, Hayden Ritchie, Brylie Pearce, Alexis Kampis, Kaylie Pearce, Jo Jo Ellis, Mollie Tucker, Camdyn Kampis, Slade Tucker, Asher Davis, Kason Tiilley, Cooper Tilley, Addi Reese Tilley, Noah Rhett Campbell, Kollins Harper Tilley, Case Campbell, and Tailyn Campbell; and a host of family and friends.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
Visitation will be Thursday evening at the funeral home from 5:30-8 p.m.
