Gordon Dennis “Billy” Pigg, Sr., passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020 in Addison, Alabama.
Billy was born April 28, 1930 in Winston County, Alabama to George and Veron Pigg.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Sardis No. 2 Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Addison, Alabama. Brother William McClellan and Brother David Miller will officiate.
Billy is survived by his wife of 67 years Kay Pigg; daughters Phyllis (Wayne) Little, Dianne Voce, and Ellen Pigg; sons Gordon “Bubba” (Jan) Pigg and Mitchell (Marlene) Pigg; brother Byron “Joe” (Sharon) Pigg; sister-in-law Ava (Larry) McCurley and Linda Allcorn Barrett; grandchildren Tony (Jennifer) Little, Jaime (Brad) Atkins, Tabatha (Vincent) Fuller, Jake Pigg, Brendan (Cantrice) Voce, Emily Voce, Katey Hallmon, and Maryellen (Jon) Gaither; and great-grandchildren Ethan Little, Tyler Pigg, Anna Kate Voce, Anna Grace Atkins, Preslei Atkins, Aiden Stewart, Samantha Pilgrim, Breydon Hallmon, Eli Voce, Kianna Pigg, Silas Hallmon, Maggie Fuller, Barrett Gaither, and Alyssa Hallmon.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Veron Pigg; sister and brother-in-law Gale and Bobby Griffin; and brothers-in-law Dellace Allcorn, Doug Allcorn, Robin Allcorn, and Gary Allcorn.
