Funeral services for Bobby Ray Self, 57, of Hanceville, Alabama will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Shelton Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow the service in the adjoining cemetery. Mr. Self will lie in state from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service at Shelton Grove Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday evening March 7, 2020 at Hanceville Funeral Home.
Mr. Self is survived by his mother Edna Self-Cagle (Stephen Cagle); siblings Kelton (Connie) Self, Randy (Connie) Self, Anthony Self, Herndon Self Jr., Denise (Ted) Hollis, Donna (Gary) Campbell, and Bobby’s twin sister Bonnie (Ronald) Johns; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mr. Self is preceded in death by his father Herndon Self and brother Kenneth Self.
