Noah “Van” Parson, 79, of Hanceville passed away Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at his residence.
Van was a member of the Hanceville Church of Christ. He loved riding his horses and watching old westerns including “Gun Smoke” and “Bonanza.”
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Teresa Roberts Parson; sons David Parson (girlfriend Jamie) and Eddie Parson, both of Cullman; daughters Kathy Moses of Holly Pond and Amanda (Eddie) Farmer of Cullman; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
His family will receive friends at Moss Service Funeral Home Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 from 5:30-8 p.m. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2020 with Bro. Stanley Posey officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Prospect Church of Christ Cemetery.
