Mr. William Daniel “Dan” Sims, Jr. of Cullman, Alabama passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 29, 1940 to William, Sr. and Oma Sims of Cullman, Alabama.
His parents, one brother Dois Sims, and one sister Dorothy Sims Briscoe have preceded him in death.
Mr. Sims leaves to cherish his memory his wife Glenda Baker Sims; son Micah (Jamie) Sims; grandchildren Allie Sims and Kyle Huffstutler; sisters Linda (Cleo) Stevens, Gloria Sims Tenbarge, and Sue (Herman) Byram; brother Larry Sims; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mr. Sims visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020 from 4-7 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at Moss Service Funeral Home Friday, Feb. 7, 2020 at 10 a.m. Interment will immediately follow the service at Crosses Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Samuel Tucker will be officiating the service.
