Funeral services for Harliss Junior Melton will be Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Cullman Funeral Home chapel with Minister Leon Mauldin officiating. The interment will be in the Hopewell Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Melton passed away Feb. 1, 2020 at the age of 79 at Noland Hospital in Anniston, AL.
He was born to R. B. and Vena Quick Melton July 29, 1940.
Mr. Melton was preceded in death by his parents; sister Marie Weeks; brothers Buster, Billy Joe, and Charles Melton; and daughter Rhonda Darlene Melton.
He is survived by his wife Nell Melton; sons Daren Melton and Rodney (Alicia) Melton; grandchild Travis Melton; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020 at the Cullman Funeral Home chapel at 5 p.m. for family and 6-8 p.m. for friends.
