Roger Dale Tankersley of Cullman passed away Jan. 27, 2020 at the age of 65.
The Celebration of Life funeral service will be Friday, Jan. 31, 2020 in the chapel of Moss Service Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with Rev. Samuel Tucker officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Bethlehem East Cemetery.
His family will receive friends Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020 at Moss Service Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m.
Roger is preceded in death by his parents Ausby and Estelle Adams Tankersley; sisters Gladys Lankford and Betty Kemp; and brothers James Lester Tankersley and Ralph Tankersley.
He is survived by his son Jeffrey Tankersley; daughter Tannis (Brian) McCombs; grandchildren Hayden Claire, Ave Cate and Camden McCombs; sisters Kathy (Donald) Schnurr and Jean (Glenn) Howse; brother Andrew “Sonny” (Shirley) Tankersley; brother-in-law Buddy Kemp; several nieces and nephews; and his loving and faithful companion for 17 years, Billy Bob.
