David Barron Cleghorn, 61, of Arley passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2020.
David was born in Cullman, Alabama Nov. 1, 1958 to Voyt and Renee Cleghorn.
He graduated from Meek High School in 1976. He enjoyed anything outdoors. He also enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his family, especially the grandkids.
Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 20, 2020 from 1-2 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in the Helicon community, where the service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Brother Greg Dollar will officiate.
David is survived by his son Mickey (Leslie) Moore; daughter Sara Hood; brother Philip Cleghorn; sister Lila (Charles) McCombs; grandchildren Lucas and Izabelle Moore, and Ben, Olivia, and Heidi Hood; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Voyt and Renee Cleghorn.
