A Celebration of Life Service for Heath Alan Berry, 37, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020 at Daystar Church in Hartselle. Family will receive friends after the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mr. Berry passed away Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 at Cullman Regional. He was born Jan. 1, 1983 to the late Randy Keith and Deborah Jeanette Berry.
Survivors include his wife Rachel Berry; children Kash Reign Berry, Kagan Reich Berry, and Karolina June Berry; pet dog Delilah; brother Josh Keith (Jolene) Berry; aunts Gladys (Norman) Wisener, Susie (Walter) Busby, and Karen Davis; uncles Jessie (Diane) Crumbley, Sam (Jane) Crumbley, Sonny (Ann) Berry, Haskel (Ellen) Berry, Don (Marie) Berry, Robert Berry, Will Berry, and Henry Berry; and a host of cousins.
