Mr. Earnesteen Gable of Cullman passed away Dec. 26, 2019 at the age of 88. He was born Feb. 13, 1931 to Claude and Ida Burrow Gable.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Cortez, Oliver and Oree Gable; step-daughter Regina Willoughby; and his first wife Louise Gable.
Funeral services are Monday, Dec. 30, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Duck River Baptist Church with Revs. Jonathan Reid and Caleb Elrod officiating.
Interment will be in Duck River Cemetery. Mr. Gable will lie in state at the church from 1-2 p.m.
Survivors are wife Jimmie Lou Gable; son Michael (Vonda Lee) Gable; sister Kathaleen Bice; step-son-in-law Tim Willoughby; grandchildren Ann (Doug) Duke, Jan (Jamie) Akin and Jeff (Amy) Gable; great-grandchildren Will Akin, Ashley Duke, Kaitlynn Gable, Eli Akin, A.J. Gable, Luke Gable and Salena (Jayden) Hood; great-great-grandchildren John Gable, Byron and Rylee Hood; step-grandchildren Meghan Epperly and Christian Willoughby; step-great-grandchildren Liam and Boone Epperly, Isabell Epperly and John Willoughby.
Visitation is Sunday, Dec. 29, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home from 5:30-9 p.m.
