Marguerite Ann Brents, 97, of Haleyville entered into rest Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019.
Mrs. Brents was born Dec. 31, 1921.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 from noon-2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Haleyville.
Marguerite is survived by her husband James Brents; son Keith Bloyd; daughter Susan Defoor; grandchildren Amy Selmon, Amber Fuller, Kevin Bloyd and Rachel Pearl; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer Goddard and Susie S. Dunkin Goddard; sons Bruce Bloyd and Gary Bloyd; and sister Betty Noble.
