Eileen Rose Hook of Cullman passed away Dec. 10, 2019 at the age of 94.
She was born Au. 29, 1925 in Gary, Indiana to Paul David and Sarah Ann Harle Keeley.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Sam Hook.
Funeral services are Saturday Dec. 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.
Survivors are daughter Eileen Paden; son Sam (Debbie) Hook; grandchildren Sam Hook, Kodi Hook and his fiancé Kristian Baker, and Karen (Don) Farley; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday, Dec. 13, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m.
