Surrounded by her loved ones,Thelma “Scrappy” Ebelene Folsom joined her heavenly family Dec. 3, 2019.
Born July 10, 1953, Scrappy will be remembered for her joyful, loving, funny character and the simple goodness she brought to everyone’s lives. She was brave, had a strong will for life, a heart of gold and an unwavering amount of faith. Scrappy was a very kind spirit who appreciated the little things. She was a wonderful friend to have and was easily a family favorite. She will be immensely missed.
Scrappy is preceded in death by her father James E. Folsom; mother Jamelle Folsom; brothers Josh and Jack and sister Bama.
Survivors include brother Jim Folsom (Marsha); sisters Rachel, Melissa (Dick), Layla (Peter) and Melody; many nieces and nephews; and many lifetime friends whom she loved dearly.
A private gathering will be held for family and friends.
