Valerie Denise Calvert, 52, of Hanceville, AL passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2019 at Cullman Regional.
Funeral services will be Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 at 2 p.mm. in the chapel of Hanceville Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Hanceville Funeral Home, Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019 from 6-8 p.mm. and Monday from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral. Reverend Barbara Trussell will be officiating with Wanda Segler and Christy Jacobs speaking.
Valerie’s children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Her love and care for others will live on through them.
She is survived by her husband Steve Calvert; daughters Tara Kadwell (Steve) and Candice Calvert; sons Roger Calvert, Cory Calvert (Kari) and Cameron Calvert (Mckenzie); mother Shirley Millican; mother-in-law Jean Calvert; five sisters; and a host of grandchildren.
Valerie is preceded in death by her father James Albert Millican of Lacon, AL.
