Funeral services for Deborah “Debbie” Kay Howard of Hanceville are Thursday Nov. 21, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Keith Swann officiating. Interment will be in Arkadelphia Cemetery.
She was born in Detroit, Michigan June 1, 1954 to Ottis Evon and Ruby Nell Lay.
She is preceded in death by her father and grandparents Dera and Riley Pugh and Docia and McKinley Lay.
Survivors are husband Christopher Howard and mother Ruby Nell Lay.
Visitation is Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until service time at Moss Funeral Home.
