CULLMAN, Ala. – Cullman Regional is excited to announce it will host its fifth annual Trunk or Treat event Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. on the Cullman Regional campus.
Main features of this year’s event will include free food, bounce houses, free health screenings and tons of candy! The event will also feature elaborate trunks decorated and hosted by various departments and physician offices from across Cullman Regional’s campus. One new feature of this year’s event will be the toddler bounce house area, which will allow smaller children easier and safer access to the fun.
“This event continues to grow and exceed our expectations every year,” Cullman Regional’s Vice President of Marketing, Lindsey Dossey said. “We love being able to host this event for our community and look forward to a fun-filled night.”
Cullman Regional departments compete to win “Best Trunk” as voted on by the event attendees. It has become a coveted title and has sparked some amazing creativity in the trunks featured each year. Last year’s winners were the Critical Care Unit and Float Pool teams who created an elaborate “Little Mermaid” trunk, as well as the Case Management team who entertained everyone with their “Baby Shark” themed trunk.
“The level of creativity displayed from our departments blows us away each year,” Dossey said. “We are excited to see the ideas our teams come up with this year.”
The Trunk or Treat event will be held in the main parking lots in front of the hospital. For more information on upcoming events at Cullman Regional, visit www.cullmanregional.com.
