Danny Franklin Reynolds of Vinemont, Alabama passed away Sept. 5, 2019.
He was born March 20, 1949 to Lester Franklin and Lella Faye McGee Reynolds in Gary, Indiana.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ernestine; nephews: Glenn, Troy, Don and Delmar, Jr.
Mr. Reynolds was a millwright by trade and worked many years in the steel mills; he also worked for General Motors. Most recently Danny was a funeral attendant at Moss Service Funeral Home where he enjoyed caring for people during the toughest times of their lives. Danny liked going horse back riding and scuba diving. He was also a pilot and enjoyed flying his own plane. Most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Pam; daughter, Tracie Perkins (Dan Colon); son, Chris (Tiffani) Reynolds; grandchildren: Ashley (Michael) Leak, Anthony (Lacey) Reynolds, Bryce Perkins and Rylie Perkins; great grandchildren: Brandon Leak, Zayden Calvert, Kirklyn Calvert and Ellavie Reynolds; sister, Glenda Higgins; brothers: Fred (Brenda) Reynolds and Jack (Renee) Reynolds; nieces: Jessica R Manning, Hanna Reynolds and Christie Rozell, Denise Melton; and nephews: Josh Reynolds, Jacob Reynolds and Randy Noblitt.
Visitation for Mr. Reynolds will be Saturday, Sept. 7, from 5-9 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home with a celebration of his life on Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Chapel. Services will be officiated by Tim Klien, Dave McGee and Chris Reynolds.
