Funeral services for Aura Dequasie, 85, of Cullman are Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church, with interment in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the church. Cullman Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Dequasie passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
She was born May 3, 1934 in Colombia to Eduardo Cerra Hurtado and Maria Vincenta Diaz Cabrera.
She is survived by her husband, Hank Dequasie; son, Don Dequasie; daughter, Marina (Morris) Crawford; brother, Carlos Cerra Diaz; sister, Maria Stella Cerra Diaz; grandchildren, Thomas Dequasie, Andrew Dequasie, Gerald Crawford, Kathryn Crawford and Tristyn Crawford and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
