CULLMAN, Ala. – On Wednesday evening, firefighters from Berlin and Johnson’s Crossing were dispatched to the 1400 block of County Road 700, where the initial report indicated that a small shed and pull-behind camper were on fire.  The camper was reportedly occupied, but those inside exited quickly and safely.

Once the fire was mostly out and firefighters were soaking ashes and checking for hot spots, Berlin Volunteer Fire Department Chief Ralph Laney told The Tribune that no residents or firefighters were injured.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
