Funeral service for Betty Rider, 77, of Hanceville will be 4 p.m. Wednesday July 3, 2019 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. We will have a burial following the service at Hopewell Cemetery in Hanceville. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home starting at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday prior to the services.
Mrs. Rider is survived by her husband William Rider, three children Sharon (Doug) Davenport, Ronda (Chris) Callaway and Dewayne Rider, grandchildren Justin Davenport, Kyle (Lynsey) Davenport, Blake Callaway, Deanna Rider and Reenon Rider, great grandchildren Kylee McNeeley, Lincoln Davenport and Gavin Davenport, her brother Holmer (Dolly) Davis and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Betty Rider is preceded in death by her parents Ephron and Kate (Powers) Davis, two brothers James Davis and Richard Davis and her sisters Ruth Nail, Nellie Armstrong and Linnie Quick.
