HANCEVILLE, Ala. – The City of Hanceville’s annual Fish-O-Rama event began Friday morning with the Senior Fish-O-Rama.
Reeling in first place was Willie Pitts with a total of 12 pounds.
Second place was Ralph Rogers; his fish weighed in at 4.9 lbs.
Third place was Linda Hancock with her 1-pound total catch.
The winner of the biggest fish prize was a tie between Pitts and Rogers, whose largest catches weighed in at 2 lbs. and 10 oz. each.
The Kids’ Fish-O-Rama will be Monday, May 6 from 4-7 p.m. at Hanceville’s Veterans Park.
