WEST POINT, Ala. – A West Point man has been charged with second-degree rape. Nathan Ryan Evans, 31, was arrested Friday, April 26.
According to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), deputies and investigators executed a search warrant in the West Point area Friday which resulted in the arrest. Evans was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to truancy.
The investigation is ongoing, said a statement from the CCSO, and Evans could face further charges as the investigation proceeds.
Evans is being held in the Cullman County Detention Center on a $10,300 bond.
