TRAFFIC DETOUR: On Monday, April 29, the Cullman Water Department will be working on Third St. NE (U.S. 278 East). As a result, east bound traffic on Third St. NE/U.S. 278 (with the exception of tractor trailers) will be detoured onto 11th Ave. SE, then to Fourth St. SE, then to Alabama Ave., and then back to U.S. 278. This detour will be from around 8 a.m. until around 2:30 p.m. The northbound lane of 11th Ave. will also be closed during this time.
