Claire Denise Jacobs Johnson of Cullman passed away April 21, 2019 at the age of 31. She was born Dec. 7, 1987 in Birmingham to John and Donna Tucker Jacobs. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Wilfred and Doris Tucker, Woodrow and Dean Jacobs, aunts Deborah Tucker, Pam Keller and Charolette Jacobs.
Graveside services are Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Cullman City Cemetery with Pastor Bobby Hill officiating.
Survivors are parents Donna Tucker Jacobs, John Jacobs, children Chelsey Denise Johnson, Savannah Leigh Johnson, Shelby Lynn Johnson, sisters Abigail Jacobs, Tiffany (Josh) Cantrell, nieces Olivia Cluxton, Madeline Cluxton, nephew Ryder Cantrell, aunts Karen Shedd, Debra (Dwight) Holcombe, Joyce Jacobs, uncles James Tucker, Woody (Connie) Jacobs, significant other James Fite and son Ryan, a host of cousins and friends.
Pallbearers are Reese Fuller, Hunter Fuller, Isiah Fuller, Jason Edge, Kevin Hollis, Bradley Johnson.
Visitation is Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
