Funeral services for Mary Jane Hyche, 77, will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Dwight Raburn officiating; entombment in Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Mausoleum.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hyche, of Cullman, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2019 surrounded by her family at UAB Hospital. She was born May 12, 1941 in Cullman, Alabama to Harvey and Estelle Chance.
Jane had a kind soul and was a free-spirited and loving person. She loved her family and her children dearly. Her grandson, Jordan, was the apple of her eye. She loved to go to yard sales and have yard sales. She was always the life of the party and was always laughing and smiling, no matter what. She was a caregiver for 52 years to her son, Ricky Graham. She was a loving mother to both of her children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Estelle Chance; husband, Thurston Hyche; son, Ricky Graham; and brother, Jerry Chance.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Graham (David) Brewer; grandson, Jordan Brewer; sisters, Judy Gay and June (Ricky) Lovvorn; and brother, Joe Chance.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of the following charities: St. Jude Children Hospital, United Cerebral Palsy, or Breast Cancer Foundation of Alabama.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019.
