Funeral Service for Edna Faye Jacobs, age 79, of Cullman, will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Logan Baptist Church with John McKoy officiating. She will lie in state from noon until 2 p.m. Interment will be in Ryans Creek Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Jacobs passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at Hanceville Nursing Home. She was born May 15, 1939, to William David and Rilla Myrtle Jacobs.
Faye was blessed with a childlike innocence that we wish we all had. She never married but was a second mother to all of her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Audrey Renfrow, Annis Powell, and Sue Woodard; brothers, Gerald Jacobs, Kenneth Jacobs, Paul Jacobs, and Jerry Jacobs.
Survivors include a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
