Funeral Service for Jackie "Jack" Theron Gibbs, age 82, of Hanceville, will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Wolfe, Jr. officiating; interment in Logan Baptist Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gibbs passed away on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at his residence. He was born May 13, 1936, to Henry Bertis Gibbs and Mammie Lucille Crumbley Gibbs Dover.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Bertis Gibbs and Mammie Lucille Crumbley Gibbs Dover; son, Jackie "Jack" Keith Gibbs Moore; brothers, Alton Gene Gibbs, Ralph Strong Gibbs, Jerry Wayne Gibbs, and Gilbert Ray Gibbs; half-brothers, Lemial Gibbs, Albert Gibbs, Douglas Gibbs, and Randy Gibbs.
Survivors include his wife, RosaLee White; sister, Carolyn Reba Gibbs Vaughn; half-sister, Ezell Gibbs; brother, Kenneth Hurshel Gibbs; half-brother, Clifford Clenton Gibbs; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
