CULLMAN – Week six of Cullman County youth football is in the books. Here’s how the games played out.

Good Hope Raiders 42 (5-1), Cold Springs 0 (2-4) (Fireplug)

Good Hope dominated on both sides of the ball from start to finish in its shutout victory over the Eagles.

Cold Springs 6 (4-2), Good Hope Raiders 0 (2-4) (Wee-Wee)

The game was scoreless for almost the whole contest until the Eagles’ Cooper Johnson scored with 1:13 remaining to give Cold Springs the road win over the Raiders.

Good Hope Raiders 20 (5-1), Cold Springs 0 (0-6) (Pee-Wee)

Good Hope finished the day 2-1 after its shutout victory over the Eagles.

 

West Point 40 (4-2), Cullman Cyclones 8 (0-6) (Fireplug)

The Warriors jumped out to a quick 22-0 halftime lead en route to a dominating win over the Cyclones.

Cullman Cyclones 20 (6-0), West Point 6 (3-3) (Wee-Wee)

The Cyclones took game two as they defeated the Warriors by two touchdowns.

West Point 38 (6-0), Cullman Cyclones 0 (4-2) (Pee-Wee)

The Warriors remain undefeated as they shut out the Cyclones in dominating fashion.

 

Good Hope Outlaws 32 (5-1), Cullman Bearcats 12 (2-4) (Fireplug)

The Outlaws improved to 5-1 on the season after winning on the road over the Bearcats.

Good Hope Outlaws 20 (5-1), Cullman Bearcats 6 (4-2) (Wee-Wee)         

The Outlaws improved to 2-0 on the day as they defeated Cullman by two touchdowns in a battle of two of the top teams in the division.

Cullman Bearcats 42 (5-1), Good Hope Outlaws 0 (2-4) (Pee-Wee)

The Bearcats avoided the sweep, dominating Good Hope from start to finish on both sides of the ball.

 

Holly Pond 36 (5-1), Hanceville 0 (1-5) (Fireplug)

The Broncos shut out Hanceville on the road to start out the series.

Hanceville 12 (1-5), Holly Pond 0 (0-6) (Wee-Wee)

The Bulldogs returned the favor in the wee-wee matchup as they shut out the Broncos for their first win of the season.

Holly Pond 36 (3-3), Hanceville 16 (1-5) (Pee-Wee)

The Broncos jumped out to a quick 28-0 lead and went on to win the final game of the series.                      

 

Vinemont 30 (5-1), Fairview 0 (1-5) (Fireplug)

The Eagles improved to 5-1 on the season as they shut out Fairview in the opening game of the series.

Fairview 20 (2-4), Vinemont 16 (3-3) (Wee-Wee)

The Aggies picked up their second win of the season as they defeated Vinemont in a closely contested game.

Fairview 8 (1-5), Vinemont 6 (3-3) (Pee-Wee)

In a very low-scoring affair, Fairview edged out Vinemont by just two points in the final game of the series to get the Aggies’ first win of the season.
