The City of Cullman sends condolences to the family of former Cullman City Councilman O.B. "Red" Parris. Red, 80, passed away on Monday, Sept. 17, 2018. He was loved and respected by the people of Cullman, and by everyone with whom he came into contact. He leaves behind a legacy of servant leadership and good citizenship. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Judy, and his family.
