Judson College to host Preview & Scholarship Day Sept. 22

MARION – Judson College invites prospective students and their families to visit the Judson campus in Marion, Alabama for Preview & Scholarship Day on Sept. 22. The event will begin with check-in at 9 a.m. CST. Prospective students may explore the college’s academic programs, meet current students and faculty, spend the night in a residence hall (optional), and participate in campus tours guided by Judson Student Ambassadors. Students interested in learning more about Judson’s Equine Science program or joining the IHSA equestrian team will have an opportunity to visit the on-campus Piper Equine Center and see an equestrian demonstration.

Prospective students who have applied to Judson may participate in academic scholarship testing to compete for institutional scholarships. Judson’s Fine and Performing Arts division will host music and theatre auditions. Performing arts scholarships are available in piano, organ, voice, and theatre.

Student-athletes may try out for Judson’s USCAA varsity basketball, soccer, or softball teams on Friday, Sept. 21, during Athletic Tryout Day. Check-in for Athletic Tryout Day is at 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
