CULLMAN – Lavish Boutique officially opened its doors Wednesday in Cullman’s Warehouse District. The store, described as “a trendy women's boutique that exists to provide inspiration and love to every woman, in every season of life,” is the second for owners Shannon and Dustin Beaty.
Shannon Beaty is a familiar face to many customers who have been to Lavish’s Jasper location. The boutique was born seven years ago inside Jasper’s Hospital Discount Pharmacy, where Dustin Beaty is a pharmacist. Business quickly outgrew the section of the pharmacy dedicated to the boutique, and the Beatys opened their first Lavish Boutique a year later.
Shannon Beaty noted that their success comes from “(carrying) things for people from the age of 12 to 70-plus, because we want you to come in with your daughter, your mom, and (we want) everybody to have the ability to shop.”
She is excited to be in Cullman and to bring her brand of uniqueness to the growing Warehouse District. She said her business is about “inspiring women one outfit at a time and loving on people,” and becoming an integral part of the community.
“We came here to be a part of the community and downtown. We are here to help and do whatever we can… to bring more people here to the Warehouse District,” she said. “We’re all on the same team here.”
