Dr. Allen Jarzombek (Cullman Regional)
CULLMAN – Cullman Regional has welcomed board-certified family physician Allen Jarzombek, M.D., to its medical staff.
Jarzombek is a graduate of Texas A&M University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He completed his post-doctoral training at St. Vincent’s Health System in Birmingham as a part of the Family Medicine Residency Program. Jarzombek is most passionate about his family, caring for the health needs of his patients and getting to know his new community.
Jarzombek is treating patients in the new Cullman Regional Urgent Care Center. The urgent care center treats all ages for non-emergency medical conditions such as:
- Upper respiratory tract infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Headaches
- Cuts/abrasions
- Mild orthopedic injuries
- Mild exacerbations of chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD and congestive heart failure
- Nausea/vomiting
The urgent care center also provides the following services:
- Flu shots
- Vaccinations / Immunizations
- Insurance wellness screenings
- Physicals – sports/school
- Drug Testing – coming soon
- Physicals – DOT – coming soon
- Occupational medicine – coming soon
- Pre-employment screenings – coming soon

He and his wife Kristin have two children, ages 3 months and 2 years, and reside in Birmingham. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling and watching Texas A&M football.
Jarzombek, along with other providers, is seeing patients at the Cullman Regional Urgent Care Center located on the Cullman Regional campus.
