JONES CHAPEL – An Addison woman was pronounced dead at the scene of a single-vehicle wreck shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday, according to Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick.
Dorthy J. Williams, 67, was the lone occupant of the vehicle, which ran off the roadway and eventually struck a tree.
Kilpatrick said, "She suffered a medical emergency prior to the accident."
No further details have been released. Alabama State Troopers are investigating.
