VINEMONT – One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Vinemont Wednesday night. Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick said Randy Joe West, 40, of Cullman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck happened in the 900 block of County Road 1435 (Eva Road) at approximately 10:30 p.m.
West was traveling south in a 1989 Ford van, left the roadway and hit a tree.
The Vinemont-Providence Fire Department responded to the scene. Alabama State Troopers are investigating.
