Nancy Ann Carey, age 72 of Decatur, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at her residence. She was born, July 23, 1945 in Providence, RI to Stanley and Marie Banach. Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She is preceded in death by her, parents, grandchild, Ian Eslick, sister, Janice, brother, Stacho Banach. Survivors include her, daughter, Shannon (Adam) Swanner, sons, David (Angie) Carey, Scott Carey, grandchildren, Donielle Eslick, Shawn Eslick, Dawn Carey, Natasha Carey, Christopher Carey, and 3, great grandchildren, sisters, Paula Morelli, and Tina Strazzullo, brother, Kevin Banach. A memorial service will be January 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church, 3910 Spring Ave SW Decatur, AL 35603.
