Hanceville was on cruise control from the word go as the Lady Bulldogs took the first game of the night.

Turner added 15 more in the second quarter as Hanceville outscored the Lady Saints, 18-2, to take a 30-5 lead into the half, and they did not look back from there, easily taking the game.

For St. Bernard, Arteaga had five points. Jaya Bahadursingh finished with three, and Marianee Pichardo ended up with two.

The scoring was spread around by the Bulldogs in the opening quarter as four different players found the scoring column and they took an 11-5 lead after one. But the second quarter was all Hanceville as the Bulldogs forced 11 Saints turnovers and turned them into a 18-0 quarter for the Bulldogs, going into the locker room up, 29-5, before going on to the double-digit win.
