BLOUNT COUNTY – A Hanceville man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday, Nov. 18 in Blount County.
According to Alabama State Troopers, Carl Wallace Williams, 60, was killed when the 2004 Ford pickup he was driving left the roadway, struck a fence and overturned.
A media release from Troopers said Williams, who was not using a seat belt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred at 7:30 p.m. on Blount County Highway 47, 3 miles north of Blountsville.
Nothing further is available as Troopers continue to investigate.
