HANCEVILLE – A Hanceville man was found deceased in a vehicle Wednesday at Mud Creek Bridge on County Road 538 in Hanceville.
Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick identified the victim as Kim H. Daniel, 61.
Daniel’s SUV was found on its top in the creek, with his body inside.
Authorities believe that Daniel wrecked the vehicle some time Tuesday afternoon. Daniel was last seen at this place of employment at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is investigating the incident, along with the Hanceville Police Department.
