CULLMAN COUNTY – A Cullman woman died on Tuesday, Oct. 31, after she reportedly fell from a bluff in the Catalina Point area of Smith Lake.
Faye Jones Swindoll, 70, was pronounced dead at the scene by Cullman County Coroner Jeremy L. Kilpatrick, who said the victim fell approximately 40 feet.
According to a spokesman for the Cullman County Sheriff's Office, "Everything appears that this was accidental. There is no active investigation."
