Editor's note: The arrests of Emma Leighann Miller and Joshua Charles Skinner have been amended. Ms. Miller was only arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Mr. Skinner was arrested and charged with failure to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts), failure to appear- second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to appear- unlawful possession of a controlled substance (3 counts). We regret the error.
