CULLMAN – The Board of Directors of Merchants Bank of Alabama is pleased to announce that Will Harding has recently been promoted to vice president – loans.
Harding joined Merchants Bank in 2014 as assistant vice president and loan officer with primary responsibility in commercial and agricultural loans. Harding previously worked in agricultural lending and with a large poultry integrator.
Harding graduated from Auburn University, has attended financial training seminars, and is currently in the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Will’s dedication and attention to his direct customers as well as the other customers of Merchants Bank has proven to be outstanding. His education and background (are) especially important to the bank’s agricultural customers as Cullman County leads the state in agricultural income.”
Harding is a member of the Rotary Club of Cullman, Cullman Regional Foundation Board and Cullman Parks and Recreation Board. He and his family are active in the local community and their church.
